Apart from the physical body, which we are able to see and touch, we have a second body, the Energy Body, with whom we share our life. We most often become aware of its existence when we have a traumatic experience (e.g. near death experiences, difficult surgeries or births, sexual or physical abuse).

• Introduction

The world of energy is by its very nature subtle, but not invisible or intangible. This is revealed by signs of the misuse of energy or its manipulation, which are obvious as long as they are recognised as such. My many years of experience are based almost exclusively in dealing with people who have sustained trauma or harm in the field of energy. Over these years they have pointed the way, showing me everything that needs to be taken into account in the framework of these techniques, which work with energy or merely involve the world of energy. These observations and experiences have allowed me to develop my own method, which is suitable for control and investigation purposes as long as you are yourself working with energy.

This is one possible application for the ^®-Technique. There is however another:

Not everyone who comes to me will tell me about the harm sustained to his energy, his experiences with misuse or manipulation. This may be due to ignorance, fear, shame or other reasons. Nevertheless, it is the task of the therapist dealing with this sufferer to take this circumstance into account in his work. The ^®-Technique is a method for language training, firstly to raise awareness for utterances pointing to relevant indications and secondly, to be capable of conducting discussions about this delicate issue.

There are a range of different methods and techniques on the market that deal with energy, and an equal number that involve the Energy Body. I have developed the ^®-Technique to offer a possibility within my concept to people looking for help with the above issues: users of energy-based techniques and therapists who work with sufferers and the sufferers themselves.

My school is tailored to the needs of such persons and therefore offers a wide range of suitable courses. Such work is naturally of special relevance for people whose interest lies in taking a holistic approach to care.

^® is an acronym which stands for Cellular Harmonizing Regenerative Integration System.

Through the ^®-Technique, you will be taught how to experience the Energy Body as a second self, a self that can also be protected and healed. The ^®-Technique teaches you to consciously get to know this second body, to better understand its world, and to deal with its peculiarities. With this increased perception of one’s own Energy Body, you will also learn to perceive an­other person’s Energy Body. This awareness will then make it possible to identify relationships and inter­actions on an energetic – social level.

The specialization in supporting survivors of traumatic experiences with sects and energetic healers has importantly influenced the development of the ^®-Technique. It:

• Aims at autonomy

^®-Technique makes self-experience possible in a positive sense. The technique also teaches to recognize the existence of the Energy Body and one's own existence as Energy Body. To deal with its existence is no longer something mystical or even elitist. Through the ability to perceive oneself as Energy Body we are able to perceive other people's energy bodies as well, our energetic actions and interactions. But only after we use our right of co-determination, which again presupposes ^®-Technique focuses on this conscious contact to the Energy Body and encourages freedom of decision.

• Is reproducible 

There is no need for initiations, special rituals or spiritual instructions, gurus, etc. in order to realize that we are also Energy Body. Apart from a feeling for the physical body every human being has an Energy-Body feeling. The ^®-Technique sharpens our awareness of this feeling and teaches how to handle this feeling and how to integrate it in individual daily life. The ^®-Technique is easy-to-apply and can be directly imparted to another person particularly in a therapeutic setting.

• Aims at 'feet on the ground' and practical daily life-attitude 

Neither trances nor meditations, visualizations or time line work or the like are employed for conveying the technique or in the course of self-experience. Those methods allow experiences that are most likely to be accomplished through out-of-body experiences. For sensitive people or people who have made traumatic experiences because of the use of such methods, experiences like this can provoke even greater uneasiness, inner instability and the feeling of 'loosing ground'. The ^®-Technique uses feelings for more orientation and stabilization in daily life.

• Sensitizes for subtle perceptions

Once in a while we rely on 'our feeling', on our intention, in a vague, hoping sense. The ^®-Technique, however, sharpens our awareness of all energetic sensory perceptions and supports the focused use, the conscious, deliberate activation of energetic organs. Clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience or telepathy are by no means exceptional powers which have to be 'acquired' first. It is merely necessary to realize the individualized possibilities which have always been at our disposal. Both physical body and Energy Body can produce visual or auditive sensory perceptions. The ability to become sensitized for perceptions, to use sensory perceptions or to see the Energy Body is independent of sex, age, education, confession or profession.

• Focusing on the present

We tend to focus on the future or on the past and forget about the present. Experiential methods focused on the future or on the past offer possibilities to shape ones life in a balancing, stabilizing or sense giving way. We comprehend aspects of our life. The present, however, is the moment where past and future converge and holds therefore a special position, thus, influencing our own life by our own perspective. The ^®-Technique teaches us to experience the present in a qualitative way and, through this, possibilities to save time.

Through the ^®-Technique, you will be taught how to experience the Energy Body as a second self, a self that can also be protected and healed. You will learn about its anatomy, which is a complicated, highly interacting energetic organism similar to the anatomy of the physical body.

The ^®-Technique will also guide you to experience the perceptions of the Energy Body and to identify with the feelings of the Energy Body. With this increased perception of one's own Energy Body, you will also learn to perceive another person's Energy Body. This awareness will then make it possible to identify relationships and interactions on an energetic - social level.

During this entire process, your Energy-Body experiences become systematically integrated into your life. You will begin to listen to your self, trust what you feel, and make better choices based upon this newly acquired energetic awareness.
